You receive a code like EH‑XXXX‑XXXX to enter on first sign‑in.
Owner and members
The first person in is the owner; others join as members, up to the agreed limit.
Your data stays yours
If the licence expires the app pauses, but your data stays safe until renewal.

Do I need to install anything?
No. SimpleHouse runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone at app.simplehouse.it.
How many properties can I manage?
As many as you like: the licence is based on users and duration, not on properties.
Does the AI assistant cost extra?
The assistant is included. You pay your provider (Anthropic, OpenAI or Google) directly for your API key’s usage.
Is my data safe?
Each licence only sees its own data. Database and files are hosted on top‑tier cloud infrastructure, accessed through verified accounts.
