SimpleHouse was born inside DNL Group, in the AI & Software department of The Busy People. We managed shared rental properties with spreadsheets, chats and reminders: it worked, until there were too many properties and people.
So we built the tool we were missing: simple to use every day, precise with numbers, and able to work for us thanks to artificial intelligence.
Today we offer it to owners, managers and agencies renting to students and commuting workers.
